Scope
These terms apply to all services and digital programs offered by Agnes Tapai Tiger through agnestapai.com and The System™ platform, including The Clarity Reset, The System™: Clarity, The System™: The Shift, The System™: Thrive, Inner Compass™, and The Foundation™.
Nature of the work
CLLP™ and The System™ are educational and developmental in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Anyone experiencing a medical or mental health crisis should seek qualified professional support.
Booking and contract formation
A booking made through the Book Time calendar confirms a scheduled conversation and does not itself constitute a paid contract. A contract for a paid program is formed once payment is completed at checkout.
Pricing and payment
Current prices are listed on The System™ page and are shown in euros. The Shift is offered at a founding price that may increase for future participants; the price paid at the time of purchase remains the price for that participant's access.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the standard EU right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
For digital content delivered immediately (for example, instant access to The System™: Clarity), the right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed awareness that this ends the withdrawal right. This confirmation is captured at checkout.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact info@agnestapai.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the EU Model Withdrawal Form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Book Time conversations can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else.
Once access to The Shift has begun, the program itself is not refundable. If personal circumstances make it difficult to continue, a pause or extension can be arranged individually by contacting info@agnestapai.com.
Refunds
Refunds follow the right of withdrawal described above and apply the same way across all paid tiers. Before access begins, consumers may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Once access is delivered and the customer has confirmed awareness that this ends the withdrawal right, the purchase is final.
Intellectual property
CLLP™, The System™, The Clarity Reset, The Shift, Thrive, Inner Compass™, and The Foundation™ are proprietary names and methodology belonging to Agnes Tapai Tiger. Program materials are for personal use by the purchasing participant and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
Limitation of liability
Participation in CLLP™ programs requires personal responsibility for one's own decisions and actions. Agnes Tapai Tiger is not liable for outcomes resulting from a participant's own choices made during or after a program, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted under Austrian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumers, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of their country of residence.
